Gunderson’s Food Service
We are a slaughterhouse and butcher shop for beef, pork, lamb, goat, buffalo, elk and fallow deer. We also take in trim from deer, elk and bear to make specialty items of your choice. We make specialty sausage items such as German, Cheesy Sweet & Hot, Jalapeño Summer, Blood & Potato sausage, Ring Bologna & Hot Dogs, Andouille & Kielbasa. We also make headcheese, braunschweiger, souse, bacon, beef bacon, a variety of bratwurst, breakfast patties, and breakfast sausage. We sell basic cuts of meat and do take special orders for items we do not carry on a daily basis, such as prime rib, bone in hams and meat & cheese trays. We also sell items from other businesses such as Family Farms, Ellsworth & Eau Galle Cheese, Kummer Farms Eggs, HIlltop Pickling, PS Seasoning, Everett’s Smoked Fish and local Honey & Maple Syrup. Don’t forget about the dogs! We carry frozen shank bones, smoked knuckle & shanks and pig ears.
